Resolución 446/2020 - PRORROGASE HASTA EL 30 DE JUNIO DE 2021 LA VIGENCIA DE LOS CONVENIOS DE PAGO DE PRESTACIONES DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, APROBADO POR LAS RESOLUCIONES D.E.-N N° 567 DE FECHA 30 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2013 Y D.E.-N N° 648 DE FECHA 11 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2014, SUSCRIPTOS OPORTUNAMENTE ENTRE LAS ENTIDADES PAGADORAS Y ESTA ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (ANSES), CUYO VENCIMIENTO OPERE CON ANTERIORIDAD DE LA FECHA MENCIONADA.
RESOL-2020-446-ANSES-ANSES Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 23/12/2020 VISTO el Expediente N° EX-2020-87608831- -ANSES-DPB#ANSES del Registro de esta ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (ANSES), la Ley N° 26.704, la Resolución D.E.-N N° 567 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2013, la Resolución D.E.-N N° 648 de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2014, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la Resolución D.E.-N N° 567/2013 derogó las Resoluciones D.E.-N N° 349 de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2009, D.E.-N N° 320 del 23 de abril de 2010, D.E.-N N° 16 de fecha 24 de enero de 2012, D.E.-A N° 54 de fecha 29 de febrero de 2012, y aprobó el “NUEVO RÉGIMEN INTEGRADO PARA EL PAGO DE BENEFICIOS DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL”.
